SI is currently providing technical assistance to the BMGF Nigeria Country Office (NCO) in the form of strategy development and MLE assistance. SI is developing a MLE Framework to track the performance of the NCO’s strategy and provide a framework for alignment of its portfolio and investment efforts in Nigeria. By tracking progress and assessing contribution, the MLE Plan aims to provide a fuller picture of the NCO’s investment and strategy and ultimately guide leadership decision-making.
SI is conducting a 3.5-year developmental evaluation of USAID’s flagship investment in maternal and newborn health in Indonesia, Jalin. We promote continuous learning and adaptive management to help USAID and its implementing partners to achieve Jalin’s targets and objectives.
SI supports the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation with strategic alignment analysis and organizational development services to improve health care coordination and results in two states in Nigeria.
SI conducted multiple performance evaluations of health projects for USAID/Zimbabwe. These evaluations provided valuable insights into strengthening private sector health services, maternal and child health programs, and the Tuberculosis CARE project.
Social Impact evaluated several USAID/India health projects. Using quantitative and qualitative analysis, interviews and focus group discussions in the field, process mapping, document reviews and assessments, SI examined health behaviors, family planning policies, health centers, AIDS prevention, and more. SI contributed to a better understanding of the impact of health projects and opportunities for innovative programs and policies.
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) engaged SI to conduct an impact evaluation of its Mongolia Energy and Environment Project (EEP). This evaluation focused on a subsidy program for energy-efficient household heating stoves. The stoves were designed to reduce air pollution, fuel consumption and health costs.
SI is conducting an impact evaluation and annual stakeholder analyses of the USAID/Malawi five-year mission-wide Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).
SI works with Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. to provide monitoring and evaluation services to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of USAID/Afghanistan’s programs through Services Under Program & Project Offices for Results Tracking Phase I and II
Social Impact provided robust monitoring and rigorous evaluation of a democracy and governance program in Indonesia. USAID/Indonesia’s Kinerja (performance) program addressed the supply and demand sides of local public service delivery. RTI International engaged Social Impact as the independent subcontractor focused solely on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for the program.
