The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has selected Limestone Analytics, with Social Impact as its partner, to conduct independent evaluations of MCC programs in The Gambia and Togo.

In The Gambia, the team will evaluate the Threshold Program’s Governance and Operations Projects, which aim to strengthen the country’s power sector through regulatory reform and improved utility performance. In Togo, the team will evaluate the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Project, which supports more competition, independent regulation, and expanded access in the country’s telecommunications sector. The evaluations will draw on document review, administrative data, and interviews with government, utility, and industry stakeholders to assess results and lessons for MCC’s future investments.

The award builds on a long-term strategic partnership between SI and Limestone.
