Jean-Camille (JC) Kollmorgen joined SI in 2013. As a Senior Program Director of Strategy, Performance, and Learning she is responsible for the high-level oversight and quality assurance of assignments across the monitoring, evaluation, and learning spectrum.
A skilled MEL practitioner and coach, her work strengthens performance management and learning systems. She regularly designs and conducts organizational and professional capacity building interventions, performance evaluations, and specialized research studies for USG agencies, the private sector, and multilateral development banks. She possesses on-the-ground experience in multiple geographic regions in a wide range of sectors including democracy, human rights, and governance; gender and social inclusion; agriculture; health; and livelihoods.
JC holds an M.S. in International Social Work and Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University. She is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Senegal) and holds a Project Management Professional certification.
