Goal:

To strengthen operations management in M/MS and help transition EXOs Agency-wide to their new functions based on USAID policy guidance.

Activities:

  • Conduct an assessment to understand how a new USAID policy on roles and responsibilities (ADS 527) is impacting EXOs
  • Design and facilitate working group sessions to finalize a new EXO Results Framework and associated performance metric reference sheets
  • Design and facilitate working group sessions to finalize a new Results Framework for the M/MS Overseas Management Division (M/MS/OMD), and associated performance metric reference sheets
  • Deliver three Change Management and Communications Plans (for EXOs, M/MS and M/MS/OMD)
  • Create an eLearning module to strengthen operations management
