Now closed. Social Impact (SI) requests proposals from qualified offerors for Accommodation and Life Support Services (ALSS) in support of the anticipated Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Activity (AMELA), which is likely to be a five-year program funded by USAID. SI expects that the ALSS subcontract agreement will run for 12 months with the option to extend for an additional four one-year periods, for a total of five years – based on performance and the continuance of funding for AMELA by the USAID. Services are to be provided in Kabul as described in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated period of performance is January 01, 2018 – January 01, 2023.

We kindly ask that all potential offerors sign a non-disclosure agreement before receipt of the RFQ and to examine the specific requirements contained in the RFQ. SI looks forward to receiving responses pursuant to the terms of the RFQ.

Questions submitted to SI after this period will only be answered if SI determines that the question is critical to the success of the RFQ process.
