We are thrilled to announce Mateusz Pucilowski’s promotion to Senior Vice President of Technical Services at Social Impact (SI). During his long tenure at Social Impact, Mateusz has played many key roles in the company and has been pivotal in SI’s growth across many domains, particularly evaluation. In this new role, Mateusz will lead efforts to position SI as a leading provider of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) services to federal, state, local, and philanthropic agencies and serve as the lead technical innovation officer, championing cutting-edge solutions and mainstreaming technical innovations across SI’s portfolio.

Mateusz brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to this role. As an accomplished evaluation methodologist, he has dedicated his career to improving program effectiveness through policy-relevant research, evaluation, and learning. At SI, Mateusz has overseen a global portfolio of MEL contracts and currently serves as Chief of Party on the $30M+ USAID Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance – Learning, Evaluation, and Research III (DRG-LER III) contract. His research spans critical areas such as employment, positive youth development, media strengthening, and governance.
