Following the 2021 closeout of our five-year monitoring and evaluation support program in Liberia, Social Impact (SI) is thrilled to continue our mission of advancing development effectiveness in Liberia with the award of the USAID/Liberia Data, Evaluation, Learning, and Technical Assistance (DELTA) activity.

SI is partnered with International Business Initiatives (IBI) for the five-year DELTA activity to provide innovative analytical and advisory services to USAID/Liberia’s Office of Program and Project Development and its Development Objective teams. The project will also support the Mission’s project design, performance monitoring and evaluation, and operational learning and adaptation. SI will assist USAID/Liberia in its data collection and reporting processes and deliver high quality monitoring, evaluation, and learning reports and assessments.

Rebecca Lawrence, Vice President of the Program Management Unit (PMU), shared, “Social Impact is excited to continue and build on its monitoring, evaluation, learning and GIS work alongside IBI in Liberia. Our outstanding DELTA team will support USAID in all 15 counties of Liberia and will bring the most current data and rigorous analysis to the Mission across priority development areas, from elections security and conflict dynamics to economic growth, health systems strengthening, and malaria prevention.”
