Erin joined SI in 2014, and brings 10 years of expertise in international development proposal and project recruitment. As the Deputy Director of Recruitment, she develops strategy and best practices around recruiting top talent for SI’s monitoring, evaluation and learning proposals. Supervising a diverse team of recruitment specialists, Ms. Cross leads full-cycle recruitment on strategic and high-value proposals across donors and sectors. She serves as a central company resource on recruitment activities across SI, advising on recruitment processes and procedures for project and proposal positions.

As a member of the SI Business Development leadership team, she provides leadership and quality control on proposals, ensuring quality inputs on personnel, staffing, and management sections. Erin manages and mentors a team of skilled business development recruiters, and provides quality assurance and control across proposals.

Prior to SI, Erin led business development recruitment at MSI, recruiting for multi-million dollar implementation and monitoring & evaluation projects worldwide. Erin holds a Bachelor in Contemporary European Studies and French from the University of South Carolina and is fluent in French.
