SI worked with the Office of Transition Initiatives at USAID to assess and improve the effectiveness of the Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative. This initiative works to increase citizen support for and participation in the development of a modern, inclusive Ukrainian identity and improve the confidence and engagement in local reform processes.
Social Impact conducted a final performance evaluation to assess the effectiveness of PRM Multilateral Partners in assisting Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Ukraine and in preparing for the eventual transition from relief to development.
SI is collaborating with USAID, academics, sector specialists, and research firms to conduct evaluations and research into activities such as government service delivery and accountability, supporting independent media, and citizen security. SI is measuring how these activities impact democracy, human rights, and governance around the world.
