Social Impact conducted a final performance evaluation to assess the effectiveness of PRM Multilateral Partners in assisting Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Ukraine and in preparing for the eventual transition from relief to development.
SI supports the U.S. Department of State in using performance management best practices, including evaluation. Our work helps the Department achieve the most effective U.S. foreign policy outcomes and greater accountability to the American people.
SI worked with the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) to evaluate the effectiveness of its shelter, health, and education (SHE) programs for Syrian and Iraqi refugees in Jordan, Turkey, and Lebanon. The intent is to improve ongoing implementation and inform future program designs.
