Amanda brings over 12 years of experience in strategic pricing, business development, and project management for publicly and privately funded domestic and global development activities. As Director of Pricing, she leads SI’s pricing function, including the development, strategy, and presentation of cost/business proposals. Throughout her career, Amanda has developed complex hybrid, cost-reimbursable, T&M, and FFP budgets ranging in value up to $400M with USAID, DOS, DOJ, MCC, and various non-USG donors. Her in-country experience for USAID and DOS-funded projects includes project management support in Liberia, complex start-up management in Afghanistan, and business development activities in Liberia, Indonesia, Haiti, and Serbia. She has managed the proposal budgeting process for over forty bids totaling $850M including leading the budget development of a winning $117M Department of State proposal.
Amanda holds an M.S. in International Development from Tulane University Law School.
