Julie Younes joined Social Impact (SI) in 2018 and currently serves as a Technical Director in the Strategy, Performance, and Learning (SPL) division. She has over 15 years of experience working on design, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), learning, and capacity building for international development programs in multiple geographic regions, with expertise in peacebuilding, youth development, democracy and governance, gender, and education sectors.
