HOW WE GET RESULTS

  • We developed a Guide to Monitoring & Evaluation for the Department of State’s Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. The guide is publicly available on DRL’s website.
  • We designed a comprehensive suite of performance, monitoring, and learning trainings for USAID staff aligned with new USAID Program Cycle policy guidance.
  • We worked with a major health team at the Gates Foundation to implement a change management plan that resulted in a more integrated and effective team. We also implemented a results framework and a performance management plan to help the team manage for results.

SI is committed to integrity and professionalism. We take the time to accurately understand client priorities, recognize specific needs, and deliver top-quality products and systems. Our experience with a broad range of partners and clients allows us to formulate context-specific, client-driven solutions.

We help our clients navigate and adjust to change in dynamic settings. Our innovative adaptive management approaches help development organizations apply evidence and lessons learned to achieve lasting results. By focusing on people, systems, and processes – the “will and the way” – we help organizations prioritize organizational learning to increase impact.

We recently helped USAID/Zimbabwe develop a scenario-based Country Development Cooperation Strategy that was a winner of USAID’s 2016 Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) case study competition. Our follow-on support on the Mission’s Performance Management Plan included a new CLA Action Plan in accordance with USAID’s latest programming policy.
