Oksana joined SI in 2023, and brings over 10 years of professional experience, including contracts, subcontracts, grants and procurement management, GSA MAS compliance, and project management. At Social Impact, she is responsible for leading the Contracts team and overseeing overall compliance.
Oksana speaks Russian, Spanish, as well as some French and basic Serbian and Ukrainian. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialization in International Business and is currently working on her PhD in international law.
