I joined Social Impact in November of 2017 as a Program Assistant. I was a recent graduate from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in International Politics. Prior to SI, I held dual program management and Arabic translation roles at the U.S. Department of State and Global Communities.
Since joining SI, I have been promoted to a Program Manager position, in which I manage SI’s field offices of USAID’s $2 million—$23 million long-term support contracts. My portfolio, past and present, consists of managing SI’s field offices in Vietnam, Syria, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Guinea and supporting offices in Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Haiti. Most recently, I was given the opportunity to start-up field office operations in Vietnam and Indonesia, delivering hands-on training and working side by side with our staff in the region. I have also had the opportunity to contribute to company-wide initiatives and business development. I’m grateful to be a part of a fast-paced, highly driven, and collaborative SI team.
