  • We developed a Guide to Monitoring & Evaluation for the Department of State’s Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. The guide is publicly available on DRL’s website.
  • We designed a comprehensive suite of performance, monitoring, and learning trainings for USAID staff aligned with new USAID Program Cycle policy guidance.
  • We worked with a major health team at the Gates Foundation to implement a change management plan that resulted in a more integrated and effective team. We also implemented a results framework and a performance management plan to help the team manage for results.

Our follow-on support on the Mission’s Performance Management Plan included a new CLA Action Plan in accordance with USAID’s latest programming policy.
