Social Impact (SI) solicits proposals from qualified firms for Leadership Development services. SI seeks to procure Leadership Development services in three phases. For Phase I, employees will take predetermined courses and the firm will facilitate corresponding discussion. For Phase II, the firm will organize and lead an organizational needs assessment to identify high priority development items including areas such as mentoring and coaching; managing volume of work; and having difficult conversations. In Phase III, the firm will deliver services through trainings and supplementary advisory services as well as monitor and evaluate the learning results.

Questions submitted to SI after this period will only be answered if SI determines that the question is critical to the success of the RFP process.
