Social Impact (SI) is seeking the services of an organization that will provide intensive Training of Trainers in Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) and Local Systems tools, methodologies and practices for its local staff and team of consultants in Mexico.  The Offeror may also support project staff and consultants in providing this training to selected partner organizations.

On behalf of USAID, SI implements the Civil Society Activity (CSA) which is designed to increase the sustainability of a set of target Mexican civil society organizations (CSOs) and Intermediary Support Organizations (ISOs) and improve their institutional capacity. CSA supports these organizations in implementing their development agendas related to issues of crime prevention and violence, reform of the justice system and human rights.

In support of the program, SI is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide training on HICD and Local Systems methodologies to staff in Mexico City, Mexico. The period of performance is anticipated to be August – November 2018.
