Currently, I am a Senior Program Associate overseeing a portfolio of performance evaluations in public health, capacity building, leadership training and post-conflict resolution sectors. I serve dual roles, managerial and technical, on evaluation projects. I truly appreciate that my team has given me the opportunity of building a balanced portfolio, which allows me to get a great exposure to various aspects of project management (contract, budget, personnel, quality assurance) while serving technical roles on interesting and challenging M&E projects using my data analysis skills.

Prior to this, I worked for two years on the SI Operations team. That role gave me a birdseye view of how international development organizations works. I have gained tremendous knowledge in contract management, client and internal compliance, procurement, risk management and field office operations.

In the past three years, I have worked with almost everyone at SI, from interns, junior assistants to technical directors and senior management. I have truly enjoyed working with this group of fun, smart and dedicated people committed to making global development activities more effective.

Prior to joining SI, I worked in Nepal and Kenya, where I managed micro-finance and ICT training projects. I hold an M.P.P degree focusing on International Policy and Development from Georgetown University and an M.A. degree in European Studies from King’s College London. I am fluent in English, Mandarin and German.
