Jade Lamb serves as the Chief of Party for the Bangladesh Democracy and Governance Monitoring and Evaluation Services Activity. She is leading Social Impact’s tailored monitoring, evaluation, and learning assistance to USAID/Bangladesh. Prior to this, she was a Technical Specialist at Social Impact, providing technical oversight and management of performance evaluations.
Ms. Lamb has ten years’ experience conducting monitoring and evaluation of international development activities in countries throughout Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. She has in-depth technical and management experience with performance monitoring and evaluations, assessments, surveys, qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. She has conducted numerous mixed methods evaluations from design to presentation of results to inform programmatic and funding decisions.
Prior to joining Social Impact, Ms. Lamb was the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for Pact in Myanmar. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer under the Community HIV/AIDS Outreach Program in South Africa.
Ms. Lamb holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford School, and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
