Ms. Le Pottier is the Chief of Party of the USAID/Learns project implemented by Social Impact in Vietnam designed to promote collaborative, evidence-based decision-making and strategies for more efficient, effective and transparent activities across the USAID portfolio in Vietnam.
She has over 20 years of development experience mostly in areas of governance across the Middle East (Iraq, Lebanon), East Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan), South America (Ecuador) and now recently in Vietnam with a strong reliance on MEL as a team management, project design and conflict-management tool. She has alternated between the management of governance-focused projects and MEL projects for USAID, DFID and FCO, and acted as a consultant specialized in helping projects to adapt, design and integrate MEL into their management cycles; using learning to foster results-driven implementation especially in complex and changing environments.
Ms. Le Pottier holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford in England and a B.S from the Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
