We are pleased to welcome Celeste Lemrow to the Social Impact leadership team. Celeste brings deep monitoring and evaluation experience to her role as our new Vice President for Technical Services. She will focus on providing technical oversight to the impact evaluation, performance evaluation and strategy, performance and capacity building divisions. Celeste and team will be the engine for SI’s technical work in both our long-term contracts, and also our shorter-term engagements.

Prior to joining SI, Celeste served as a Division Chief of the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit in the Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking, in the Bureau of International Labor Affairs at the U.S. Department of Labor. In that role, she provided technical oversight and thought leadership on project performance evaluations, impact evaluations, development and implementation of project performance monitoring plans and systems. Previously, Celeste worked for the nonprofit Africare as their Monitoring and Evaluation Director. She has also worked at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and USAID in monitoring, evaluation, and policy coordination.

Kerry Bruce, SI’s Executive Vice President said “I am so pleased to add another strong team member to the senior management team at Social Impact. We’ve grown substantially as a company and Celeste will play a key role in sustaining the high quality technical services.”
