Ms. Sartsara works as the Chief of Party for USAID Asia Learning and M&E Support Project. She provides M&E technical assistance/advice to the implementation of the base IDIQ Contract and upcoming task orders. As new U.S. Government and the USAID strategies and policies are issued and the ADS is updated, Srisuman works closely with the IDIQ’s Manager to liaise with USAID to ensure access to current information regarding changes. She leads evaluation teams to implement the whole cycle of assigned studies such as assessment, evaluation, and testing of the development hypothesis. This includes design and planning, development of methodology and tools, data analysis, and report writing with constructive recommendations.

Srisuman has managed projects, designed and implemented Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and conducted project evaluations for Population Council, Thailand MOPH -US CDC Collaboration, UNESCO, UNFPA, Population Services International. She has worked in Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Lao PDR, Viet Nam, China, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Before joining SI, she served consultancy roles for UNAIDS, WHO, Global Fund against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, World Vision, and other organizations.

Srisuman holds a master’s degree in demography, and has extensive research experience in HIV, comprehensive sexual health education, reproductive health, teenage pregnancy, and health issues. In addition, she is interested in fundraising, resource mobilization, organization capacity development, and road safety issues.
