As Senior Technical Director, Salman oversees the implementation of a range of projects providing strategic management consulting and monitoring, evaluation, and learning support to various clients including the US Agency for International Development, the US Department of State, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Salman brings a multidimensional blend of organizational development and program management expertise that puts people, systems, structure, processes, and culture at the heart of any intervention.

Having worked in public, private, and non-profit sectors, Salman has over 12 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic human capital programs, including organizational assessments and evaluations, leadership development, strategic planning, organizational change management, and other strategic human resource initiatives.  Having worked within the public sector (both domestically and within sub-Saharan Africa) with USAID, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, and Department of State, Salman understands the needs of development agencies, their complex working environment, and their desire for improved organizational performance through better decision-making using evidence and insights.

Salman has a M.A. in Organizational Sciences and Ph.D. from The George Washington University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
