JC Kollmorgen joined SI in 2013 and currently serves as a Deputy Director of Performance Evaluation. She is responsible for the high-level oversight and quality assurance of assignments across the monitoring, evaluation, and learning spectrum. JC manages staffing for SI contracts, and provides technical support and leadership to evaluation teams and program personnel.

JC has experience analyzing and strengthening performance management and learning systems. She designs, conducts, and manages performance evaluations. She conducts organizational and professional capacity building assessments and interventions for the private sector, USG agencies, and multilateral development banks. JC regularly trains USAID staff worldwide on how to collect, analyze, and utilize M&E data for routine learning and decision-making. She possesses in-depth field experience in South Asia and sub-Saharan African, and has traveled to more than 42 countries for work and pleasure.

She holds an M.S. in International Social Work and Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Senegal 2007-2009) and speaks Wolof and French. She is also a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT).
