I started working at Social Impact in May 2016. Currently, I am a program manager in the Program Management Unit, overseeing three field offices; Ghana Education Evaluating Systems, Monitoring Support Project in Afghanistan, and GHPOD II. The most rewarding aspect of my job has been the opportunity to establish and manage field offices around the world, and to learn from and work with people from diverse cultures.

At SI, I most enjoy the opportunity to improve development effectiveness around the world. Therefore, I appreciate working for a fast-growing organization that attracts highly talented people who are committed to improving people’s lives around the globe.

Before joining SI, I was a program manager at an implementing organization focusing on countering violent extremism. I hold a master’s degree in International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from Al Quds University in East Jerusalem, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Quds University in Bethlehem, West Bank. I am fluent in English and Arabic.
