We are pleased to welcome Eric Lundgren to the SI leadership team. Eric brings deep experience in global development, monitoring, and evaluation to head the SI Program Management Unit. He will oversee a team of SI staff in DC and all overseas offices. He will focus on excellence in managing and delivering results from our long-term monitoring and evaluation support projects. Eric and his team will also foster learning and sharing of technical and management resources across the projects.

Prior to joining SI Eric was the director of international operations for IMPAQ International. Before that he held several positions with the nonprofit organization Africare including Mozambique country director and director of monitoring and evaluation. Eric also served in the US Millennium Challenge Corporation on the environment and social assessment team.

Eric teaches management and leadership in developing countries as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
