The USAID Skills and Knowledge for Youth Employment (SKYE) project in Guyana offered at-risk youth life and employment skills training, mentoring and coaching. SI conducted a mixed methods mid-term performance evaluation to assess the project’s progress in order to improve implementation and the likelihood of sustainability.
